March 30, 2019 – STEM4Girls
We welcomed over 200 girls to campus to participate in hands-on, minds on STEM activities. The activities of the day included: 23 workshops, 2 demonstrations, a keynote, a panel discussion, and a skit to get the participants excited. Over 60 volunteers from UMass Dartmouth and the surrounding community came out to work with the girls to make sure they had a fabulous day.
